The hotel is just a walk down to botataung pagoda and st mary's cathedral. Staff very friendly. The airport is 9 miles away...

lots of restaurants to eat close by, like aj's bar and grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away. there was free parking. reasonable base for your vacations in yangon.
